Downsizing with flair

Much like their first home build, Tim and Meghan still wanted the ability to add their own personality with this project. They also wanted to maximise the fantastic view they have on their new section.

They spent a good amount of time with our in-house design team to come up with the perfect plan, and one of the amazing features they came up with was to create a future-proof laundry that raises the front-loading washing machine and drier off the floor. They also incorporated a designated, no mess feeding areas for their two cats.

Tim and Meghan's use of colour provides a tranquil setting that flows through from the kitchen to the lounge and to their master suite. Moving seamlessly outdoors to the kwila decking also provides a stunning outlook to the reserve.

Tim and Meghan came back to us a second time because they were very satisfied with their first build and they were getting great value for money.
