Jess Hawkins Jess has been with Build by Design since 2014 and quickly settled into her role as Project Coordinator. She is responsible for coordinating all of our contractors and suppliers to ensure our projects run smoothly. Jess obtains quotes for all of our projects and she liaises with clients often throughout the construction of their homes.

Linda Fowler Linda began working in the building industry in 2013. She became skilled at designing floor plans from scratch and took on the role of Design and Build Consultant as well as anything accounts related. Build by Design now has 2 dedicated Design and Build Consultants which means Linda can spend more time assisting them and meeting with clients, and look after the finances of the business.

Peter Hollow Pete has been working in the Building Industry for 30 years. He is a qualified builder and went on to become a Project Manager for a large company some years ago. Since starting up his own company in 2013 he takes on the responsibility of overseeing all projects on site ensuring they are being constructed to the highest standard. He oversees the pricing and coordination of projects alongside the Estimator and Project Coordinator. He is also a Site-Safe Supervisor.
